Regular Cleaning

Therefore, before using the new lamp, wipe it with 75% alcohol gauze to remove oil stains, hand sweat and dust. The lamps and quartz tubes in use should also be wiped and cleaned regularly to avoid affecting the UV transmittance and irradiation intensity.


Ultraviolet lamps are made of pure quartz glass tubes made of natural crystal. At present, high borax glass tubes can also be used instead of high borax glass tubes due to different costs and uses. Their characteristics and effects are quite different. Therefore, the price is also several times different, so different choices should be made depending on the place of use. The ultraviolet transmittance of pure quartz tube is more than 80%, and the ultraviolet transmittance of high borax glass tube is less than 50%.
